Brewing Instructions: - Measure 7g of tea (for 150ml) into the teapot - Heat water to 100°C - Infuse the hot water into the teapot and wait for 15 seconds - Quickly pour the tea into the cup - You can re-infuse this tea 5 to 7 times - For iced tea, brew the same way, chill, and then add ice
